Spotting or pagbabawas ba?

From what you're describing, it could be either, sometimes our bodies do weird things after a period, or it could be breakthrough bleeding if you're pregnant, pero honestly the best way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test na, especially if it's been a few days na and the spotting's getting heavier like you said. A few of us moms went through the same thing and the waiting game is stressful, kaya better to just check na para ma-ease your mind, tapos if positive pa rin after 2-3 days, go see your OB na para ma-confirm properly! Fingers crossed for you, whatever the result

How's your motherhood mommies, as a FTM ? How you empowered your self for being a mom? #1sttimemomafeeling #firsttimemom #MgaKamommy #breastfeedingmomma #WomensMonth

Motherhood

Hay, fellow first-time mama! Honestly, the biggest empowerment for me was realizing na hindi ako kailangan maging perfect, kailangan ko lang maging present at willing to learn along the way. A few of us mommies talk about how we started trusting our instincts more, like when baby cries or when something feels off, you actually know what your baby needs even if you're not 100% sure yet, and that confidence grew with every day. For me, surrounding myself with my circle of mom friends who didn't judge every choice I made, whether breastfeeding struggles, bottle feeding, or sahm life versus work, that's what really helped me feel empowered to own my journey as a mom without the guilt. The Women's Month reminder was nice din, na as moms we're also allowed to be human, rest, and take care of ourselves, hindi lang anak, pati atin. You've got this, mama!

Pahelp

Nak, I'm so sorry you're going through this, that's really scary. Please don't wait, go to your doctor or a gynecologist right away to discuss your results in detail, they need to explain what those findings mean for you and what the next steps are. This is not something to handle alone, at home, or online. Alam ko mahirap ang initial shock, pero ang importante now is na makakuha ng proper medical advice directly from the specialist na nakita ang results mo, sila lang ang makakapag-explain ng tama at makakapag-guide sa iyo ng next steps. A few of us mums have been through health scares, and what helped is facing it head-on with the right doctor. You've got this, pero kailangan mo ng medical team mo. Reach out to them today, please.

Spotting/red days

Nag spotting aq kagabi ,, and last mens q is feb 5.. tapos nag pt po aq kaninang umaga invalid.. ano po kaya Ibig sabihin non ?

if delayed ang period, do PT to confirm pregnancy using first urine in the morning. if invalid, try to repeat or use other brand. ilang drops lang ang need for the PT.

Kasi nakakatakot talaga dahil battery yun 🤧 SHARING FOR AWARENES NA DIN, BANTAYAN ANG MGA ANAK NATIN KASI IBA NA TALAGA CURIOSITY NILA. #sharing #Needadvice #just_asking

Since nakita na ng doctor kung nasaan ang battery at sinabi niyang pwedeng maibigay ng natural, I'd still follow their advice on the 3-day observe period kasi sila ang nakakita ng actual position. Kung may bagong concerns or symptoms sa loob ng those 3 days (like pain, vomiting, or digestive changes), balik agad sa ospital, huwag maghintay.

Salamat.3years old baby ko :)

Bewell & Nutrilin

Hi! I'd honestly check with your pedia on this one, kasi different brands may have different ingredients and dosages, and combining supplements can sometimes be too much para sa little ones, lalo na at 3 years old pa lang siya. Better safe than sorry, diba? Your doctor can tell you exactly kung kailangan niya ng both or kung isa lang ang enough para sa kanya.
