💗 Moms, which pregnancy tracker feature do you find most helpful?

As a mom of a toddler and a newborn, I can definitely say that pregnancy comes with SO many questions. 😅 During pregnancy, I was always wondering if something was normal, what foods were okay, and what I should or shouldn’t do at certain stages. Hello mommies! Ask lang, lumala ba allergic rhinitis niyo nung nabuntis kayo? Grabe ang ilong ko huhuhu. 7 weeks pregnant here. Thanks.

Aw mama, yes! Marami sa amin ang nakaexperience ng ganyan, ang hormones talaga during pregnancy ay nakakapagheavy ng congestion at allergy symptoms, it's so frustrating! Mine was terrible around first trimester din, parang walang matindihan na gamot na safe, pero natanggap ko lang talaga at nag-settle siya a bit as I progressed through pregnancy, though not completely gone pa rin. Best talk to your OB about what antihistamines or nasal sprays are safe para sa baby while you're pregnant, kasi may options na doctor-approved na gagana without worry. Sending you patience, mama, 7 weeks pa lang, kaya mo yan!

hello mommies 35weeks ako today base sa aking lmp kagabi nag cocontract na ako every 5mins naninigas tiyan ko madalas ako mag discharge ng ganito normal po ba? ##AskingAsAMom

Hi mama! Okay, 35 weeks pa lang kayo pero with contractions every 5 minutes and regular discharge, kailangan ninyong pumunta sa hospital or clinic agad to get checked, hindi pwedeng maghintay, especially with how frequent ang contractions ninyo. Better safe than sorry sa ganitong stage ng pregnancy, di ba? Buti na lang na-alert kayo, go na!

Kung normal delivery at walang komplikasyon, pwede ka nang maligo gamit ang maligamgam o warm water kahit pag-uwi mo galing ospital. 😊 Wala namang medical reason na kailangan maghintay ng ilang linggo bago maligo. Ang mahalaga ay panatilihing malinis ang katawan at sundin ang advice ng OB, lalo na kung may tahi. Iwasan lang muna ang pagbababad sa bathtub, swimming pool, o hot tub hanggang sabihin ng OB na okay na, dahil mas mataas ang risk ng infection habang may postpartum bleeding pa. 💕

Ay, mama, that's a valid worry naman! Honestly, ang dami ng factors, ang size ng cyst, kung saan exactly, kung may complications during pregnancy, kaya talaga need mo makonsulta agad with your OB para ma-assess ang situation mo specifically. I've heard ng some moms na nagdeliver normally even after surgery, pero some din na need C-section, so really case-to-case lang talaga depende sa condition mo ngayon at sa progress ng pregnancy mo. Hugs, mama, hoping your doc gives you clear guidance soon!

Uy, 38 weeks na at 3cm pa lang, nakakastress talaga yun, I feel you, mama! Honestly, the walking and squats are super good, pero sometimes babies just have their own timeline kahit gaano ka-patient tayo (which is frustrating, I know lol). Have you tried pelvic floor exercises or bouncing on a birthing ball? Some moms swear by it, pero real talk, kung wala pang signs by 39 weeks, best to check in with your OB na para sure everything's progressing okay and para ma-rule out kung kailangan ng any interventions na. Kaya mo yan!

Hi po ano po kaya dahilan kung bakit nag babagu ang EDD sa ultrasound?

ang EDD ay sinusukat according sa size ng baby. may specific weight na dapat according sa appropriate weeks ni baby. kaya kung nagkulang or sumobra sa caloric intake ang baby while in womb, mag-iiba ang weight/size or growth ng baby. or nakasalalay din sa health condition ng mommy kaya naapektuhan ang growth ng baby. kaya sinunod ng OB ko ang 1st TVS dahil maaaring mag-iba ang EDD or AOG pagdating ng 2nd or 3rd trimester. example sakin, we followed my 1st TVS. pagdating ng 2nd trimester, kulang sa weeks si baby dahil sa weight nia. kaya need ng intervention, may need baguhin sa diet ko, as per recommendation ng OB. paglabas ni baby, humabol sia sa normal weight.

Ask ko lang po I am 30 weeks pregnant and super sakit ng puson ko. Kakaiba po yung hilab 😢

Kada galaw masakit

Ay naku, sis, huwag nang mag-antay pa, pumunta ka na sa ospital o emergency ngayon din, ha! Yung ganyang sakit ng puson sa 30 weeks na buntis ay kailangan talagang i-check ng doktor agad, hindi pang "bahala na" moment ito. Minsan nga ako nag-iisip na kaya ko na mag-diagnose sa sarili ko, pero lagi akong natatalo ng doktor, sila talaga ang may alam dito. Ingat ka, sis, at sana maging okay kayo ni baby!

Nagstart sya 3 months isang pantal na parang may bukol sya TAPOS dumami Hindi sya sugar pero para SYANG pasa pasa na Amy MALIIT Na bukol SA loob masakit sya minsan d pa ako MKAlakad 9 months pregnant po ako ngayon

Natutulog po anak ko pagka tapos mag suka okay lang po ba ya?

yes. it is ok na magsleep sia to settle ang tummy. pero observe ang pagsusuka at ano ang cause bakit sia nagsuka.
