Yung 12 weeks pregnant po pwede na po ba bumyahe Ng 7 hrs?

when i travelled by plane at 9 weeks ng 9 hrs i got travel clearance from my OB coz risky talaga specially during 1st trim. so i think u better consult your doctor.

Mamieee normal lang po ba na pa 2 months na tummy ko pero hindi pa nakakaramdam ng paglilihi? #1stpreganancy

Minimal Subchorionic Hemorrhage

Hello po, sa LMP ko po 8 weeks and 6 days na po sya, sa transv po 7 weeks and 6 days.. Last Monday sa first tvs po namin healthy Naman Si baby may normal heart beat po sya pero un nga po may minimal subchorionic hemorrhage daw po Ako.. may naka exp po ba Ng ganito? Pano po kayo nag ingat? Ano pong ginawa nio mga mhie? Pinababalik po Ako after 2 weeks for ultrasound po. I check daw po if may bleeding pa.. I'm now taking duphaston, isoprine, heragest as may pampakapit.. grabe po anxiety..

Ay, I totally understand your anxiety, sobrang nakaka-worry talaga ang ganitong findings kahit minimal lang sabi ng doctor! A few of us mums actually experienced something similar, at honestly ang best thing we did was just follow the doctor's prescriptions religiously (which you're already doing, good job!) at avoid heavy lifting or strenuous activity, pati avoiding stress as much as possible, kahit na hard. Most of the cases I know naman cleared up on their own, lalo na since your baby's heartbeat is strong and healthy pa rin, kaya that's a really good sign. Just take it easy, stay hydrated, rest when you can, at don't hesitate to message your OB agad if may spotting or bleeding, walang masyadong minor pag pregnant, better safe than sorry. Fingers crossed na clear na lahat sa follow-up mo after 2 weeks, but for now just trust your doctor and the meds you're taking. You've got this, mama!

Long hair or short hair?

I have long hair po.. Currently on my second month of pregnancy.. sa tingin nio po it's better to cut my hair short? Sa panganay ko kase talagang short hair kung short hair e. Manageable pa din kaya pag long hair po? Di po ba madaming hair fall all throughout the pregnancy po?

Okay mama, honestly both are manageable, I have long hair din and pushed through my whole pregnancy without cutting kaya it's really up to what makes you comfortable! Hair fall happens to all of us during pregnancy regardless of length, pero usually it's just a phase and bounces back postpartum, so don't worry too much. A few of us moms actually kept our long hair kasi mas gusto namin, pero one of my friends found it easier to tie up short hair when she got super busy with the newborn, so maybe think about what works for your lifestyle? If you love your long hair, keep it, just maybe invest in a good brush and tie it up when you need to so it's less tugging on your scalp, which can feel tender during pregnancy anyway. Either way, you'll be fine, mama!

Hi. I'm 10weeks pregnant and currently on bedrest due to Subchronic Hemmorage. My OB advised me to do the laboratory tests. Eto yung mga tests na nirequest. Ganito rin ba sa inyo kadami?

No embryo and no heartbeat

Last 2 weeks ago, gs lang nakita sa tvs. But today malakas na heartbeat ni baby. Praise God

Possible. Magpacheck up po para maguide ni OB sa mga gagawin. Baka mag order sya na magpa tvs ka para maconfirm if you are really pregnant.
