Uy mama, this is really important, please go to your doctor or the emergency room right away para ma-check ang baby mo. Hindi kami dapat mag-assume dito, kailangan ng proper medical check-up para alam natin kung okay ang baby. A few of us moms have been through scary moments din, at ang best thing talaga is to get professional help immediately. Huwag mag-worry ng malaki first, maraming babies ang okay pa rin, pero kailangan ng doctor to assess. Fingers crossed for you and your little one, sis!

Goodaft po ask ko lang po kung nahihilo, sobrang sakit ng ulo at nasusuka din po ba kayo kapag nainom ng folic acid 11 weeks preggy po ako. Di ko nakakayanan yung sakit ng ulo ko at pagsusuka thank you sa sagot po

Congrats sa baby, mama! Sa pregnancy, it's really best to check with your OB what they recommend para sa inyo specifically kasi bawat skin type is different and some ingredients might not be ideal during these early weeks. A few of us pregnant mums usually go for physical sunscreens with zinc oxide or titanium dioxide kasi mas gentle, but your doctor can give you the best guidance for your case.

Uy congrats sa 3 months! Honestly, frequent headaches during pregnancy ay common na, marami sa amin ang nakaramdam especially around this time, pero I'd really suggest checking with your OB just to be sure, could be dehydration, hormones, or blood pressure changes, and mas okay kung ma-confirm lang ng doctor. Try namin dito drinking more water throughout the day, resting when you can, and avoiding too much screen time, kasi some of my preggy friends found those helpful. Keep safe, mamsh!
