33 weeks pregnancy

Esok dah 33 weeks, nervous lah. Sebab dulu kakak lahirkan anak dia pre-mature at 33 weeks 🥲 hope my baby doing well and keluar just on time

Hai mama, aku paham lah, especially when ada family history macam tu memang bikin nervous! Tapi 33 weeks tu dah considered viability stage, so kalau anything happen, baby boleh survive dengan bantuan proper medical care, tu beza dari dulu kan, teknologi dah improve. Best way sekarang adalah monitor movements baby regularly, jangan skip appointments dengan doktor, dan if ada anything unusual (bleeding, sudden pain, contractions) terus pergi A&E, jangan tunggu. Kakak punya case tu mungkin ada reason tertentu (pre-eclampsia ke, infection, apa), so usahakan healthy habits je, maintain rest, and try not to stress sangat sebab tu pun boleh trigger early labour. You're doing great by 33 weeks, mama, most babies born around now pun boleh do well, so keep the faith ye!

Sy 32w6d..2mggu lepas checkup kk air kncg ade kotor sikit.result kluar after 2mggu suspect gbs tp xde simptom.doc ckp nnt masa nk bsalin bru on antibiotik.sy xde rasa gatal or berbau.skrg pun dh xde keluar keputihan.selamat tak klau bersama suami? Dah sebulan lebih xde bersama sbb risau #pregnancy #worriedmom

GBS tak bahaya untuk aktiviti bersama. Melainkan doktor awak sendiri yang tak bagi green light untuk bersama dengan suami. Saya pun GBS+ve masa first pregnant. Gynae bagi green light.

Sy dh masuk 29weeks..since tri2 sy ade mslh overweight.ade x mommies yg mngalami mslh yg sama?mcmana nk maintain kn balik bb ye?#mohonbantujawabbunda #worried

kalau overweight, doc n nurse larang turunkan berat badan.. cara maintain n jaga berat bdn, masuk trimester ketiga, dlm 200-300g seminggu kenaikan (sy pun overweight).

Macam mana nak apply ward ya?

Upon availability. Masa kat PAC nanti, request ward kat nurse. Kalau ada, nurse bagi.

Takot nak kena induce, mommy tolong bagi tips nak baby keluar 37 weeks 😪

Ahhh I get it, the anxiety about induction is real! Okay, so a few things people around me tried at 37-38 weeks, intimate time with hubby actually does help because the contractions and oxytocin release can nudge things along, plus some mums swear by nipple stimulation for the same reason. Then ada some who went for acupressure or acupuncture with a proper trained therapist (not random people!) and said it made a difference, though honestly results vary. Someone in my mum group also mentioned red raspberry leaf tea, tapi that's more of a uterine toner than a direct trigger. Real talk though, at 37-38 weeks, your baby is already quite safe, so if the induction is happening it's usually for a reason. I know the thought of Pitocin and monitoring sounds scary, but honestly it's not as bad as the worry beforehand. Worth having a proper chat with your specialist about why they're recommending it, sometimes knowing the reason makes it feel less like a surprise and more like a plan. Take care of yourself!
