ank pertama dengan kedua first trimester xda alahan muntah². anak ketiga ni alahan agak teruk tak boleh bau menumis bau sabun mandi, mnum n makan pn tak boleh.. cuma bubur kosong je boleh telan tupn kena bland sampai halus munum pulak cuma boleh minum air kosong suam.ada tak yg mngalami hal yg sama? apa yg korang buat utk terus kuat? baru 9week terasa lama sgt masa nk bjalan..

Ohhh mama, third pregnancy morning sickness memang lain level kan, I feel for you, 9 weeks tu memang terasa macam eternity lah. Honestly aku rasa ada je moms yang kena macam ni, especially dengan sensitivity to smell yang extreme, so you're not alone even if it feels isolating right now. The bland food approach you're doing is actually spot on, bubur kosong and plain warm water is survival mode and that's completely okay for now; baby boleh ambil nutrients dari your reserves jadi don't stress about nutrition yet. I'd suggest tanya doctor pasal anti-nausea options yang safe during pregnancy (ada beberapa yang boleh prescribed), and maybe try ginger tea or peppermint (some moms ni jadi lifesaver), but honestly sometimes trimester ni kena ride it out je dengan patience towards yourself. Strength-wise, ingat yang ini temporary, by week 12 usually lightens, and anak ketiga usually recover faster physically pun even if emotionally lelah. You're doing great, seriously.

boleh ke tidur meniarap? sbb posisi tu je agak slesa buat masa skrang.. tp mniarap xlama pun.. slalu ubah2 position

Keluar darah, preg 11w3d

Hai, sape ada pengalaman tiba2 keluar darah. Xbyk xsikit. Basah jgk spe***r. Ptg td g scan kk baby elok je. Balik tu dlm sejam lebih rasa mcm ada something keluar tp sy biar je dulu. Tp td rasa seluar basah, tgk2 ada darah. Patut ke sy ke klinik atau pantau dulu?

kalau risau, check ke doktor. nak pantau pun boleh. kalau berterusan segera PAC

Harini pergi KK nak bukak buku pink dah jumpa nurse checkup sume since 8am then 1230pm baru jumpa doctor. Bila scan takde heartbeat penat tunggu kat kk lama² 🥲 120pm terus refer pakar kat ppum masih menunggu doctor utk check dari bwh pulak da pukul 830pm 😭😭 tp nak tahu check dari bwh tu guna apa eh scary pulak rasa hukhuk

Siannya awk. Brp minggu tu awk? Selalu nya cek guna mulut itik tu dulu

Mommies, macam mana nak hilangkan mual & kembung perut? Saya baru 6weeks pregnancy,tapi dah 2weeks sengsara. Muntah2,kembung perut,sakit2 badan, badan rasa lemah & penat sentiasa. Macam2 cara dah buat,makan buah makan benda2 masam,minum air,tak bagi perut kosong. Tapi tak ubah apa2. Mual 24jam. Perut kembung 24jam. Macam mana nak survive lagi beberapa bulan ni awal2 pregnancy pun dah teruk macam ni 😭 Tolong bagi tips.. Ni first baby.. #mohonbantujawabbunda #askmommies #mohonbantujawabmommy2

I had a miscarriage today at 5-6weeks (24July2026) 🕊️

The blood clots came out this morning, but I didn't see the gestational sac. Maybe it just wasn't meant to be. My heart is broken, and I'm feeling so emotional, but I believe this is God's plan. I trust that better days will come. I pray that God will bless me with a healthy pregnancy when the time is right. 🤍

I'm so deeply sorry for your loss, sayang. Please go see your doctor or go to the clinic/hospital today to confirm everything is okay, even if you're bleeding, it's really important they check you properly to make sure nothing is retained, okay? This matters for your health. Your feelings right now are completely valid, and it's okay to grieve. A few of us mums in my circle have been through this, and honestly, the emotional rollercoaster is real, your heart needs time to heal just as much as your body does. Be extra gentle with yourself, rest, and let people around you support you during this time. Sending you so much love. You're stronger than you know.
