Do your baby get nappy rash too frequent at infant care?

Not for me. Thankfully. I think you should raise this up to the teacher or principal. This is really bad. Also do provide them a nappy rash cream for them to apply. Check with them the timings for diaper change and if your lo needs more frequent changes, write it in the communication book.
