Do you still swaddle your baby after infant care?

Hi mummies, if your infant care dont allow swaddles, do you still swaddle your baby at home, especially when sleeping at night?

I did. but after a month, she dont need it, then I don't do it.. play by ear

if baby can sleep well without swaddle, there's no need
