No. 3mo old cannot even support the neck, spine also weak and soft. Pls do not “force” them to sit on such thing . Even 6mo (sitting assisted), I wouldn’t give them this. They will sit when they are ready and even if we want to “help” them, pls give them a proper chair. Not this
Hmmm, doesn’t look very stable either. Although that’s just my point of view. Looks like it could topple sideways or backwards. If you’re on a budget, you could try carousell and get a second hand baby seat. Even the ikea ones are great!

Dont think its suitable for 3m baby. Need at least 6m. At 3m their neck still not strong.
