My nephew on BM since birth till 1 yrs old. After that he's takes dumex mamil gold. He accepted it immediately without any fuss. If your LO is below 1 year old, I'd recommend NAN Optipro because it's the closest taste to breastmilk - followed by Dumex Mamil Gold. Both brands are the least sweet compared to others :) If your LO is above 1 year old, I'd recommend fresh milk! You can warm it up just like breast milk too. Milk above 1 year old is also just a supplement, so main nutrients should come from solids!

You can apply samples from all different brands before settle in. For my lo, he drink Friso since 6 mth old till now he was 23 mth old still taking friso. And he was able to keep up with a 75% growth chart even though he was a picky eater. As some other brands caused him constipation and phlegm problem.
I just started giving my lo formula milk (1 year 1 month) due to health reason plus another lil one in tummy, we started giving him S26 milk, and my son is now becoming very healthy and active (bf+fm) milk 🤗 and much important he is no longer trouble sleeping 💪💪💪
My son when he’s below 1 yo, he’s having colic, so doc suggest similar total comfort. When he’s 14 months, due to unable to find similar total comfort all the time, I give him similar gain plus. He drink it with no fuss.

I have been using Similac, there is no particular reason for choosing this brand, but since my LO doesn't reject it thus I didn't think of changing brands when she moves on to a different stage.

I'm giving Enfagrow but it seem to make my lo constipated. So I am thinking which formula milk to switch. Any review on Aptamil?
