where to sign up CDA? can i do it before i give birth?
U can download the app 'moments of life'.. There u can apply for baby bonus application but only 2 months before ur edd. And also online birth registration can be done there too.
Download the “Moments of Life” app. You can register for baby bonus, birthcert etc directly online... Thats what we did :)

Yes u can apply before birth but acc will obly be created after birth
