When to wash face ?

Hello when to start washing baby’s face with water ? Currently baby is 1 month old and still using cotton ball soaked warm water to wipe his face. Thank you ??‍♀️

My LO is 11 weeks and I still use cloth n warm water to wipe her face during shower in the day and before I change her into pajamas in the evening.
