Super Mum

Some start once they are back fr hospital. I started my LO on tummy time when she was 5 weeks young... But she didnt really like doing tummy time on the bed, but somehow she’s ok when she’s lying on our chest/tummy.. She’s now 4.5 mths, recently started to roll over to her tummy & enjoys it so much now :)

Aim for around 20 to 30 minutes a day of baby tummy time by the time he is 3 or 4 months old. Then keep the practice up until baby can roll over on his own, a feat many babies accomplish around 6 or 7 months of age.

From birth. Just have to do a few mins and gradually increase the time when LO is older.

Can start anytime you want. Start by letting baby lie down on your chest
