Heinz banana porridge

Mummies, my mil got the above porridge for my 6months old. Tried for breakfast and baby woke up with lots of phlegm and coughing. Then realised banana causes phelgm. Please avoid

Refusing Solids

I have recently started solids for my 6mo girl. She enjoys rice grains and cereal grains. However, when I introduce green beans, pumpkin puree as first foods but she is refusing to eat.
