When do you start maternity leave? The week of edd or the week before or when? 1st time mummy here so im wondering when do people usually take ml? Since baby might come early/later thn edd?

Take 2 weeks mc before EDD then ML on baby's birthday.

Planning to take ML on the delivery date itself

I plan to start ML only on day I deliver.

Best to take 1 to 2 weeks before edd.

ML starts on the day you give birth
