When do you first get symptoms of pregnancy?

I had excessive diarrhea and surprisingly flawless skin before my period was supposed to come. Period was 2 days late and my colleague just had a feeling I might be pregnant so she asked me to test, lo and behold the positive was surprisingly dark for a 2 days late period. I'm almost 27 weeks pregnant now and I still have flawless skin ☺️
