When do you first get symptoms of pregnancy?

After i felt my body temp very high andbi was not even down to fever, late period for 4 to 5 days, very nervous and scare because just got married like 2 weeks b4 i got to know im pregnant and just came back from honeymoon. About 3-4 weeks.. I felt tired and started to have loose stools and tummy ache. I even went for a 11km marathon when i was about four weeks pregnant! Mine was at 3rd - 4th week when I felt like something was going on with me. My boobs were getting big and sensitive, I missed my period. I used pregnancy test devices but it couldn’t detect anything. Thanks for response mummies. I am confused though. I know that they count the pregnancy from the date of your last menses.. but what if you conceive on a later date.. do your symptoms show about 3weeks after u conceive or after last date of your menses?
