Give water at the same time at starting solid. You can offer water after food to clean baby's mouth also. I don't keep track of the exact amount, if your baby can use a straw cup just offer the cup and baby will choose how much they want to drink

6 months , after his first solid food . Just a few sips , after a while u may keep the limit to 30ml and not more than that .

5 months I let LO suck a bit water from bottle. 6 months onwards I gave about 30ml a day. Now 7months about 60-100ml a day.

After 6 months. I started with giving small sips. Gradually increased the amount as well as the frequency of giving water

5-6 months. Started with sips only. Then slowly increase. Say 10ml each time.
