When it comes to involvement as a grandparent,how do you balance in laws vs your own parents? Is it fair to assume that whoever is not working has a greater responsibility?

We don't rely much on either in laws or parents. Agree with Yuna where we don't expect from them but we are grateful for any assistance offered
