when 5 or 6 months pregnant is it normal to feel hard to constipated?? Even though you want to shit but couldn't do it?

Had a very bad constipation. Tried taking Lactulose but I get stomach cramps.. Nothing worked for me except CHIA SEEDS.. it works miracle haha!
