when 5 or 6 months pregnant is it normal to feel hard to constipated?? Even though you want to shit but couldn't do it?

previous pregnancy i used to feel that way. always hard to go for no.2. this pregnancy, no constipation at all. i believed because of the belgian chocolate drink I am drinking right now :)
