What's in your changing bag?

My baby is 4 months old, and this is what I usually pack in my changing bag. It helps a lot that I direct latch my baby exclusively, so I don't have to carry thermal flasks and bottles. - Diaper changing mat (I'm using the First Years which comes with compartments to hold diapers. Skip Hop and Munchkin also has similar ones). - Diapers x 4 - Ruyi oil - Travel sized Bepanthen ointment - Travel sized wet wipes These fit into the changing mat. - Muslin swaddle cloth which acts as a blanket or swaddle - 2 spare sets of clothing, socks, hat - 1 bib, 1 handkerchief - Nursing cover - Tissues, serviettes to clean up mess - Ziplock bags & wet bags to contain any dirty clothing - Baby carrier Usually I wear this, but it can be stuffed into the bag too. It sounds like a lot, but it doesn't weigh very much. I'd think it would be a lot heavier if I had to include a thermal flask, bottles and formula.
