What's in your changing bag?

My kids are older now and toilet trained (6 and 2.5years old), I just bring their water bottles and a pack of wet tissues in my bag.  When they were younger, I put nursing cover, diapers, changing mat, blanket, baby carrier, and socks in the bag.

Lots of things in my diaper changing bag. Diaper mat, diapers, diaper rash cream, hand sanitizer, wipes, Bottle's, tether, small toys, sweets, paper, pen, my wallet.

Just the bare essentials / wipes, diapers, pacifier, hand sanitizer
