What toys can I give an 8 week old baby?

Baby is more alert and responds to stimuli in the environment at this age. I suggest one of those playmats with dangling toys so baby can lay underneath to watch, touch and listen to the movements of the moving objects.

Honestly it depends on your budget . Most of the toys I buy , my baby doesn't play with it (newborn period) other then the playmats with the dangling toys . My baby gets fascinated with handkerchieves .
