What is that something injected on my bottom before delivery that made me discharge in just a snap?

I wasn't given enema during both deliveries mostly because I've never heard of it. But also, gynaes & nurses have probably seen all sorts so I think I can tolerate any sort of embarassment if I had any accidents haha! Also, enema can be insert via other methods such as pill up in the anus, or via liquid which is in a bottle with a nozzle and squirted in.
