Hi. What food to eat for baby to grow? Im 33weeks now but 2kg .. Doctor say baby is small.
What to eat daily. Have to come back next week for growth scan

I agree with the protein but 2kg is fine. not a big deal. stay happy and active and eat normally is good enough lor. my friends baby also 2kg her doc say good. my 32 week scan is next week I can update here too if you want.
