Early weaning for four to six months old, you can try these food. Cereal & Grains (Rice, Barley, Oat) They are the least to have allergy reaction. Most babies started with cereals. Fruits (Avocado, Apple, Banana, Pears) It will be good to steam and puree them before feeding to baby. They may be served raw after 8 months. Bananas and avocados do not need to be cook. Vegetable (Butternut Squash, Pumpkin, Sweet Potato, Green Beans) These are soft enough when steamed and pureed. For green beans, remember to remove skin for younger babies.
