Bringing Newborn Out

What is the advisable weeks to officially bring a newborn out to the malls, restaurants, cafe for leisure etc apart from visiting PD?

I brought my nb out when he was about 40ish daus, which was right after my confinement ended. Couldnt stand being cooped up and home for too long!
