What is the advisable weeks to officially bring a newborn out to the malls, restaurants, cafe for leisure etc apart from visiting PD?

When you think you can handle baby. First time always more nervous. Gotta consider pram or baby wear, diaper bag items, milk bottles or nursing covers... try short trips first to get a hang of it.
