Was thinking of telling them at the 25th week. So far I’m 18 weeks and was able to hide it well. Do you think it’s a good idea?

Update - in the end I was able to hold it in till 25 weeks. It was not planned at all, but it so happened that I was asked whether I was expecting at 25 weeks
