At what week did you tell your bosses that you were expecting

Currently 18 weeks and have been able to hide it well. Thinking of waiting till 25 weeks before telling. Do you think it’s possible / whether it’s a good idea?

I informed my supervisor at 12 weeks so they could work out staffing, especially since I’d be taking some time off for medical checkups and on days when I felt too dizzy to commute. The rest of the office found out through my growing bump around 4–5 months in

Yes was able to hide the growing bump by wearing loose clothing. My babies are only 18 months apart. After the first, I wore loose clothing for breastfeeding. And have been wearing the same outfits to work. I also have no pregnancy symptoms or morning sickness. Hence no one suspected

Best to announce soon probably after your week 20 scan as your boss still needs time to find a temporary replacement

That i will be “discriminated”? I upheld a high performance rating even despite my maternity the last round. But I fear this round will just give rise to too many future absences and hence affect my rating
