Is it a want or need?

Although, personally, I cannot bring myself to spend on a designer handbag (I’m thinking of the number of air tickets for a holiday it can buy) I think if you can afford it, it’s a okay for a woman to treat herself to one of that’s the way she chooses to pamper herself.
