When to stop feeding every 3 hours

Until which week/month should i feed my baby milk every 3 hours? Like when do they stretch the hours to 4 or longer. Cause it’s really taking a toll on us, especially first time parents, we have no free time in between. It’s always about preparing baby’s FM milk 😣
