Is it true that pregnant ladies are not allowed to drink iced / cold water? i am 19 weeks pregnant and have been taking it 24/7😨😨😨😨

if your baby is healthy during checkups it's fine. I tend to get cramps when I drink cold water during periods so I avoid while pregnant.
