Morning sickness

Tried everything but still feeling nauseous all the time and throw up occasionally. Any tips/help?

For me what helped with nausea is eating small amounts of food every few hours. Must eat before going to bed and must eat immediately after waking up. And drinking loads of water. This helped me control nausea. Some of my friends also recommend drinking ginger tea or sparking water (lemon flavour). Worst case your gynae can prescribe some meds for you.
