Ive have the worst morning sickness for the last 12 weeks. Can barely keep anything done and nauseous all the time. Does anyone have any suggestions for foods/ home remedies that could help?

Morning sickness can be a nightmare for expecting mothers. I used to have bad morning sickness too. Tried many methods suggested by friends but what worked well for me is starting the day with plain biscuits and having ginger sweets when I was feeling nauseous. You could also refer to the following link for other remedies to help on morning sickness: http://sg.theasianparent.com/pregnancy_relief/

Having a banana first thing in the morning can help to keep your nausea under control. I also found that sweet drinks made me feel better. I especially like to make iced honey lemon for myself when I was pregnant to curb the nausea. Somehow the feeling will just go away on its own. We can't really have a remedy for it unfortunately. Haha.

I feel your pain. I've tried literally everything and nothing worked except 2 things: prescription meds (work a little) and vomiting. When I throw up I get better. Good luck and get better soon!

Try lemon or peppermint essential oils.
