Uy mama, I get it, puyat life is real, lalo na pag pregnant ka pa! Honestly, ang reverse sleeping schedule mo ay stressful talaga, especially when you're already dealing with dizziness and headaches na. What helped me was trying to stay awake kahit konti lang during daytime (even just opening curtains, drinking water, light movement) para ma-reset ang body clock, pero I know it's hard when you're used to sleeping late, the headaches and dizziness you're feeling might actually be linked sa inconsistent sleep, kaya worth it to talk to your OB about this at baka magbigay sila ng tips or check kung may iba pang reasons. Since you've been through this before with your first baby, you know how it gets harder in third trimester, so mas better to address it now while you're still in early pregnancy pa lang!
