Increase fetal weight

Is there a way to increase to fetal weight? My twins in 29 weeks at 1kg.. im worried when thwy born, they low birth weight or premmies..

twins will usually be born earlier than normal babies & weight lesser. there's no sure way to increase their weight before birth. just make sure that you urself are eating healthily & well.
