7 month not drinking enough water.

Hi Mummies, any tips to help baby drink more water? Baby started solid 1 montg ago, read that recommended water intake is 60-110mls. But baby dislike the taste of water & keeps spitting out leading to occasional constipation. Is it wise to give very diluted fruit juice, or just better to let baby get used to the taste? TIA!

development check up at kkh

Hi, my daughter went for her 3 months growth check up at polyclinc. Dr referral her to kkh as her development is below the 3rd percentile ( 53 cm, 5 kg). Any one has similar experience & knows what to expect with kkh? TIA!
