red patches.

There's some red patches around my LO chest. He don't look like he's affected by it. Anyone knows what could cause this? I'm applying suu balm at the moment.

could be heat rash, my lo had red patches on her back. i used pigeon baby powder n dress her in airy cooling clothing after few days its gone
