Red patches around eyes

Hi mummies, can i check if anyone knows the red patches are eczema or heat rash? Or perhaps baby skin just sensitive from rubbing? #advicepls #pleasehelp #1stimemom

my baby has it too. thats normal due to heat rash. avoid your baby from rubbing it as it will get worst.
