BLOOD CLOT 3 WEEKS PP

suddenly i have heavy bleeding. within 2 hours my pad is so FULL and when i peed i feel big blood clot went out oh my god so dreadful! I am 3 weeks PP and a c sect mummy. Is this normal? When should i be worried??
