BLOOD CLOT 3 WEEKS PP

suddenly i have heavy bleeding. within 2 hours my pad is so FULL and when i peed i feel big blood clot went out oh my god so dreadful! I am 3 weeks PP and a c sect mummy. Is this normal? When should i be worried??

Yup that's the lochia. I had csect top and tt exactly what happened ard 2-3weeks PP. Do monitor for any pain or excessive bleeding. At first it will definitely fill up the whole pad but shld lessen in a few days. Took me about 1- 2 wks for the bleeding to taper off.

Ah okay! Haha i had thought the bleeding should be lesser and lesser. Today when i saw it was heavy, i was in shock😂😂😂 scared die me thought got some internal bleeding!

yap is the lochia. dont worry. if the bleeding is really excessive for too long period then check with gynae.
