Is this the start of sore eyes. Should I take her to the PD?

Did she wake up with crusty eyes? My daughter had sore eyes when she was 10 months old. She would get yellow stuff that dried up and kept her eyes shut. The pedia gave her special eye drops. I'll post a pic, but it's quite blurry
