Fasting on 1st trimester

Hi! Sorry just asking, Muslim mummies in the 1st trimester, are you fasting in the fasting month?

Medically, the 1st tri can be quite sensitive (nausea, low appetite, risk of dehydration), so most doctors don’t recommend fasting, especially if you’re not feeling well. That said, I know some mums still choose to fast, but it’s really important to listen to your body and check with your doctor. If you feel weak, dizzy, or can’t keep food down, it’s okay to stop. your health and baby come first. Best to speak to your gynae and follow what’s advised religiously too so you feel at peace with your decision

not recommended but i did it anyways cause at that time i knew i was pregnant but i always think about mothers at palastine pregnant and starving without food and all and decided to fast and ask allah for protection for my baby i still have to repend the previous pregnancy but hey

i do not recommend fasting during pregnancy cause it can cause dizzineess

hi there! im not fasting as i tried to fast and went 4 hours without food before i felt faint, dizzy and had palpitations 😅 so i decided not to fast this month 🙏

I’m not because of my nausea, the longer I go on empty, the sicker I feel

Not advisable for 1st and 3rd trimester .. hope this helps
