It is normal because of the hormones, where your body's way of dealing with the hormonal changes but check with your doctor just in case, as if it is yellowish colour with a slight odor, it might be an indication of an infection.

Looks like perfectly normal discharge. In fact I had this sort of discharge even when I wasn't pregnant.
