My son is 4 months plus and sometimes he still gets colicky. Is it normal?

Could be. Could also be teething or other discomforts

Also check that baby may have new teeth growing out

He could cry inconsolably for 1 hour or more non-stop. Just worried that his cries would affect his development, etc.
