Hi my son is 4 months old but he can't lift his head more that 2 secs. Should I worry

Don’t worry.. just keep doing tummy time with baby and the head will become more steady soon:) each child develops at a different pace

More tummy time, do it on your chest if baby doesn't like to placed down on his own.

Try to do more tummy time and monitor from there :)
