I woke up today with the blurriest vision when my eyesight has always been perfect. I’m at week 25 now. Have anyone of you encountered this? Any way to reduce this blurriness?

Yes its due to pregnancy hormones. I thought i went blind, went to the optometrist and they said its normal during pregnancy.
Only once u felt so or in daily basis .. if u felt daily means better to check with doc
According to my gynae it's normal during pregnancy due to hormones change
