Alah, you're so close dah! Swelling, mucus plug coming out, perut yang keras2, these sound like your body is preparing, tapi since you're at 38 weeks, best kalau you check with your doctor or midwife jadi dia boleh confirm if everything is on track (sometimes these signs boleh jadi a few days away, sometimes a few weeks lagi). A few of my mum friends experienced exactly what you're describing and they delivered within the week, but everyone's different, so don't worry yet! Keep track of any painful contractions or if the mucus becomes a bit bloody, call your hospital/clinic straight away if that happens, or jikalau you feel something's off. Excited for you!
